Arturo Solís Herrera

ARTURO SOLÍS HERRERA is scientific director of the Center for Human Photosynthesis Research - Mexico. He is also the technical director of the pharmaceutical chemical company Magisterial Formulas.

 
He was the creator of Bat Gen, a revolutionary battery with infinite charge that generates electricity based on melanin. The scientist indicates that the mixture of water and melanin results in a substance capable of separating oxygen from hydrogen, thereby releasing a cluster of energy.

He is a tenured professor of Public International Law and International Relations at the Rovira I Virgili University. Member of the Spanish Association of Teachers of International Law and International Relations, since 1995.


He is also a member of the Board of the Faculty of Legal Sciences of the Rovira I Virgili University; Founding member of the Tarragona Law Center (CEDAT). Director of the University-Business Chair "Tarragona Smart".

Miembro de la Asociación Española de Profesores de Derecho Internacional y Relaciones Internacionales, desde 1995.

También es miembro de la Junta de la Facultad de Ciencias Jurídicas de la Universidad Rovira i Virgili; miembro fundador del Centro de Derecho de Tarragona (CEDAT). Director de la Cátedra Universidad-Empresa “Tarragona Smart”.

Ciro Felipe Zabala

Ciro Felipe Zabala is president of the Commission for Social Policy, Education and Health of the Senate of Bolivia. He was president of the Departmental Federation of Hospital Directors (1990-1992), general secretary of the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare (1997), executive director of the Health and Strengthening Program PSF - IDB (1997-2000), among other positions.
