This February 20, 2015, at the Federal Judiciary Institute of Mexico, the Third International Judicial Forum “New Proposals for the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide”, was opened; fulfilling the objective of the Justice for Peace project, which is carried out by the Global Embassy of Activists for Peace.

Liliana Quiroz, lawyer, teacher and secretary of the Legal Research Institute of the National University of La Matanza in Argentina, was the moderator in charge, after the afternoon recess, as the Second Judicial Forum resumed its program with the third group of multinational speakers, composed of Ecuador, Colombia and Bosnia-Herzegovina: Gladys Edilma Teran Sierra, Camilo Montoya Real and Dr. Mirsad Tokaca.

Convened by the Global Embassy of Activists for Peace, experts in the areas of international criminal justice, genocide, terrorism and violation of human rights, meet again in an academic and legal framework, to lecture, review and create a course of action in order to give continuity to the project "Justice for Peace" promoted by Dr. William Soto Santiago.

The last group of speakers at the 2nd Judicial Forum, moderated by Dr. Hector Zimmerman, lawyer, former commander of Northeast University of Argentina, professor at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and scholar of Yad Vashem, was composed of representatives from Argentina and Colombia.
