Doctor Figueroa currently serves as the Judge President of the Federal Criminal Appeals Court of Argentina.
She is a Doctor of Juridical and Social Sciences; Doctor of Law; Ordinary Professor of Constitutional Law of the Law Faculty of the National University of Rosario, an academic and lawyer that practiced free law during her studies in Rosario, Province of Santa Fe.
