During the month of April 2014, the Third Voluntary Blood Drive: “Life is in the Blood” was held by the Global Embassy of Activists for Peace.

Volunteers and activists from National District and Santiago de los Caballeros in the Dominican Republic joined this international drive the 8^th and 9^th of the past month under the Dominican coordination of the Global Embassy, in conjunction with the Vice-Rector of Extension from the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo (UASD), Primate of the Americas, and the Dominican Red Cross.
