The CUMIPAZ organization has booked a number of hotel rooms with special rates for the participants, subject to availability, with the following options:

    • Hotel Sheraton Santiago Hotel & Convention Center, San Cristóbal Tower, A Luxury Collection Hotel is the official hotel of the summit for the panelists, special guests, National Coordinators and the International Board of Directors of the GEAP. Grand Deluxe (King or 2 double beds). These rooms will be available for the guests, with a security service and transportation from the hotel to the event hall, expense free.

      • Hotel España is reserved for the technical and support personnel and for the guests who prefer it.

    • Grand Palace Hotel is the second choice for the National Coordinators and the guests who prefer it. It is located a block from the Former National Congress, location of the Summit. Transportation will be on foot and the GEAP will provide the security service.

Note: The organization of the Summit will not cover any expenses incurred by laundry, spa, mini-bar, beauty parlors services, international calls, or room service. In other words, during check-in the hotels will request a credit card to guarantee any additional charges.

Terms of payment
As for the payment of hotel rooms which is covered by the delegations of each country or International Organizations, reservations must be ensured by credit card. Delegations wishing to stay at other hotels must make reservations through their respective Embassies or International Organizations accredited in Chile, and ensure them through a credit card.
